Please note that as our products are hand painted, it may have small irregularities and vary from the image. No two are exactly alike, but are made with love.

• Considering the uniqueness of our offering, we won’t be able to provide an option for exchange or refund.
• Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing or broken items. If you receive a damaged product or incorrect order, do contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can email us at handpaintedjourney@gmail.com with your Order ID.
• When you receive your shipment, please make an unboxing video of your order to show as proof of damage/faulty/incomplete/incorrect delivery, and attach the same in your email. Without this video, we will not be able to accept any request.

Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
