• Considering the uniqueness of our offering, we won’t be able to provide an option for exchange or refund.
• Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing or broken items. If you receive a damaged product or incorrect order, do contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can email us at handpaintedjourney@gmail.com with your Order ID.
• When you receive your shipment, please make an unboxing video of your order to show as proof of damage/faulty/incomplete/incorrect delivery, and attach the same in your email. Without this video, we will not be able to accept any request.
